The global COVID-19 crisis has provided us time to pause and regroup as we plan new adventures for the future. We’re under no misconception about the privilege we’ve been granted to travel and chase adventure the way we do. So we owe it to our friends and partners around the world to turn the current challenges into positivity.
OUR BOOKING PROMISE
You have our promise that, if worldwide events take over, we will refund your money or issue a credit note, depending on your preference.
The world might feel a little uncertain right now, but you can still book with us in complete confidence. For all new bookings received after 20 March 2020, if we are unable to run the expedition due to COVID-19, your money will be returned, or if you prefer a credit note issued. In addition, if the expedition you are booked on is departing, but you specifically are unable to join due to restrictions put in place by your Government or the Government of the destination country due to your nationality, specifically due to COVID-19, then we will issue a you a credit note providing you inform us in writing no later than 10 days before the expedition departure date.
We will be deferring expedition departure confirmations until we’re sure no current operational restriction due to COVID-19 will stop the expedition, so, if you’re already preparing for an expedition with us, we want to assure you we have your safety and well-being at heart.
