The UK’s Wilderness Gathering is a family-friendly festival that celebrates bushcraft and music, wild camping and open fires. Located in Wiltshire, it happens around August every year.
Courses and workshops range from survival skills such as fire lighting and group shelter building to the more sedate herb walks and basket weaving while musical performances are more fire pit than mosh pit. If you’ve never been to the Gathering before and you love nature and the outdoors, this is the family show for you. A unique bushcraft event, it’s the longest running and original festival of bushcraft, survival and primitive living skills.
Visit the Wilderness Gathering Festival website and get booked for next August.
