Wherever you are in the world, we understand that the wellbeing of your cast and crew is your top priority. Secret Compass provide holistic medical support to make sure everyone on set is safe and well looked after.

We work under the expert direction of our Medical Director, Dr Niall Aye Maung, a military doctor with extensive field-based medical experience and qualifications in pre-hospital, expedition, and tropical medicine. With a global team of world-class doctors and paramedics, we strive to ensure our procedures and medical kits are at the forefront of remote medicine.

Any cast or crew member on a shoot with one of our consultants will go through our medical screening process. We also run medical screening for cast members based on the specific nature of the show, collaborating with production to make informed decisions around medical, editorial and insurance risks.

We develop detailed and robust medical plans as part of our safety plans, including point of injury care, medical facilities, and medical evacuation.

We provide a full range of on-set medics, including doctors and paramedics who specialise in tropical, mountain and arctic medicine.

When operating in remote environments, it is essential all members of the team have basic medical skills. We run bespoke training courses for your cast and crew.

We have over 40 medical kits in our stores and hold specialist kit such as medical oxygen, Wenoll systems, AEDs and, led ECGs and a range of stretcher systems.
